S.C. NIMB CONSMETAL S.R.L. is the former TIMB (Trust of Installation and Mounting Bucharest). This means that NIMB Consmetal has an unrivalled expertise of more than 40 years as a major player on the Romanian civil and industrial construction market.In 1999 NIMB S.A. Cernavoda was taken over by the German company Rheinhold & Mahla. In 2006 Bilfinger Berger bought R&M so, our company name changed into S.C. BIS NIMB S.A. Cernavoda.In 2011 the company was sold to its Romanian shareholders, its name becoming S.C. NIMB CONSMETAL SRL.

The factors which ensure the success of our company are a solid financial base and a lengthy technical experience, as well as a cost structure adapted to the Romanian market, conditions and market prospectus. Our objectives are:
